American Family Day is a leader in producing corporate events such as Safety & Open House Events, Corporate Anniversary Celebrations & the traditional Company Picnic.  We provide our clients with games & prizes, entertainment, interactive inflatables, and catering. As an Event Manager,
you will manage all of the logistics for the setup, run time, and takedown of the events for our
customers.  As a part time Event Manager you will be assisted by a full time associate(s) of American Family Day.  Event size varies from parties as small as 300 guests to events for over 20,000 in attendance.  American Family Day provides services in our backyard (Marietta, GA) and all across the contiguous United States.

Responsibilities/Job Duties
– Motivating and supervising volunteer groups of 15 to 100+ workers in assembling equipment, raising tents and setting up tables & chairs
– Work 3-7 weekends
– Responsible for setup, run time, and takedown
– Managing a corporate event- from food catering to entertainment all across the contiguous United States
– Drive a 24’ truck to and from event (we will train)
– Work requires a high degree of hands-on physical labor, accuracy, positive attitude, and enthusiasm


– Reliable Transportation
– Must be 21 years of age and a clean driving record (mandatory)
– Love to travel and meet new people
– Enjoy a hands-on environment
– College degree a plus
– Previous experience is not required, but an outgoing personality and being confident is a must
