– Wear comfortable clothing that is loose and non-restricting.
– We ask that you do not wear white- you are likely going to get dirty – wear something darker if possible.
– We ask that everyone wear pants or shorts with a t-shirt; dresses and skirts would not be considered appropriate or comfortable to perform certain tasks.
Other:
– You can and are encouraged to bring extra drinks as well
– Baseball caps can be worn and we do encourage you to bring sunscreen
We ask that you do not wear any type of clothing that would be considered inappropriate
(2) Always wear comfortable shoes, no sandals.
(3) Variable Weather: dress appropriately.
(4) Excellent Staffers show up on time.
(5) Food is provided: hamburgers, hotdogs, etc.
(6) UV rays are brutal- Bring Sunscreen!
(7) Never wear White: picnics are fun, but dirty.
(8) Each Staffer will be provided an apron for the day.

– If your group has “team” t-shirts, feel free to wear them- It makes your Group stand out.
Make sure that you have provided us with your sign-ups sheets one week before the event.
BE ON TIME:
That morning your Group will be asked to sign in as they arrive, so tell them to be early! Plan on being about 15 minutes early for parking, signing in, etc. Please CARPOOL too!
CLOTHING:
If your Group has matching shirts, you all are free to wear those to promote your organization! However, every worker will be given an apron to help identify him/her as part of the staffing group. We discourage hats or shirts with beer or cigarette logos, and we also recommend comfortable shoes (no sandals) as you will be on your feet all day long. Remember to never wear white to a picnic, because you will get dirty!
WEATHER:
Report rain or shine…and be prepared! Hot sunny days, mean sunburns! Bring sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, water, etc.
ADULTS:
At least ONE-THIRD of your Group must be adults: parents, teachers, coaches, etc. Depending on the specifics of a party, as many as 50 percent of adults may be needed.
