The People

One of the many things you will come to learn and love about American Family Day is our people. Dedication to you and the "perfect event" makes us stand above the rest. American Family Day's entire staff is committed to the success of your corporate event or company picnic. When you call our office, you will speak to someone who has direct knowledge of your event because every member of our office is involved in the production of each picnic.

Our on-site Event Managers are full-time employees with American Family Day. Unlike other companies that use "seasonal" employees as "on-site management"; AFD puts seasoned professionals at your picnic to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

Personal presentations for committees or individuals. The Event Specialist who meets with you is an AFD Event Manager with first-hand knowledge and experience from many seasons of picnics. You will get answers to your questions, see photos from our events, and have fun with samples of our plush Midway Game prizes. We will show you the quality you get from American Family Day, not just tell you about it.

The Service

Fast service for pricing requests. Our computerized quote system allows us to quickly respond to your pricing requests with "bottom line" figures for different menu or entertainment scenarios. You will be able to make informed decisions about your picnic with confidence.

Every event is a unique, customized affair. To keep things new and exciting, we are continuously searching for more menu and entertainment choices to offer you. Avoid that "same ol' thing" routine by purchasing "packaged deals" promoted by other companies.

Special requests are easily accommodated. If you want it, just ask. We have built a network of associate vendors who will provide nearly anything you can request. (Petting Zoos, Train Rides, Portable Restrooms, Etc.)

The Picnic

Full-Service, not Self-Service. Hot menu items are served fresh off the grills. Fresh fruits and salads are served chilled by friendly staff to your guests.

Shorter lines mean less waiting. Our custom food serving areas provide fast buffet service on both sides.
